In case you need notarial services in Melbourne, you need to do as follows:
Firstly, book an appointment with an Australian Notary.
If necessary, your documents must be translated into English by a NAATI certified translator.
The Australian Notary will be able to certify your signature on your documents (Powers of Attorney, Court documents, Administrative documents, Conveyancing, Real property, Personal property, Lease and Mortgage instruments). T
If your French Notary needs an apostille then you must make an appointment from Monday to Friday (8:30am to 1pm) at the Australian Passport Office, Level 2, Collins Square, 747 Collins Street, Docklands, VIC.
