Two opportunities have arisen to join the pedagogy team at the Alliance Française de Melbourne (applications close on 22 November 2017):

• Head of education [in charge of managing and organising the courses and the teachers]

The candidate needs to be fluent in both French and English, have a degree qualification in teaching and/or management as well as work experience in teaching French (preferably FLE) and a sound knowledge of the European Curriculum Framework (CECRL), staff and project management, proven customer service skills, sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, ability to work with children, teenagers and adults as well as the ability to be a strong leader – academically, socially and emotionally.

• Course and exam coordinator [in charge of coordinating all exam and school related activities as well as assisting the head of education]

The candidate needs to be fluent in both French and English, have a degree qualification in teaching as well as work experience in teaching and event management, proven customer service skills, sound IT skills and the ability to work with children, teenagers and adults.

Both the candidates must have the right to live and work in Australia without restriction and must have a valid Working with Children Check.
