At its beginning in 1998, l’ Ecole Francaise de Melbourne [EFM] provided a bilingual French elective program to just fifteen students within the walls of Caufield Junior College [CJC]. The program was managed by motivated and enthusiastic parents. parents, including Peter Rohan.
As the demand and the program grew, and after its accreditation by the French Ministry of Education in 2008, the French School of Melbourne became fully integrated to CJC in 2017 and counts more than 350 pupils today. Among them, Louna, whose mum Jessica is an alumni of the EFM, and who is the first pupil of the second generation!
What a lovely success story for both the family and the school!
