Auburn High School, member of the Australian Association of French English Bilingual Schools (AAFEBS), is proud of its French section which is fully recognized by both the French and the Victorian Ministries of Education. The benefitrs of a bilingual education are once again demonstrated by the excellent results of the Auburn High students who have mastered maths in French.

On June 1st, State Member for Hawthorn, The Hon. John Pesutto, Principal Ms Maria Karvouni, French Binational coordinator Genvieve Papon and Honorary Consul General of France Myriam Boisbouvier-Wylie had the great pleasure of presenting students with the Kangourou’s award on their high achievements in the challenging Kangourou des maths competition which takes place annually in several thousand schools from over 40 countries.
