On Friday the 22nd of May, students and teachers of Albert Park Primary School celebrated a joyful French Day. This day was a success thanks to the involvement of French teacher Mr Yves Moreau and Principal Mrs Elaine Mills. A big thank you is also owed to all of the children all wearing blue, white and red, and those who carryied symbols of France like “bérets”, “baguettes” or mustaches.
There was a parade in the morning, followed by the speech of Myriam Boisbouvier-Wylie, Honorary Consul General of France, on the theme of the French-Australian friendship. Then, the crowd enjoyed accordion songs and croissants.
