It was during her time as an expat in Hamburg that Nathalie first entered the world of pastry-making. Her guilty pleasure: macarons, baked to perfection! Upon her return to France, Nathalie improved her techniques with some of the best pastry chefs in Paris.
Nat Pâtisserie is now based in Australia and offers macarons, éclairs, religieuses, bavaroises…made in the traditional style and with all the French flair.
