The Magnet Galleries in Melbourne, a not for profit Centre of Photography in Bourke Street, is exhibiting ”New Horizons”, a Photographic Exhibition by Victor Pugatschew, a Photographer who won their award for photography last year. Victor Pugatschew has a great love of France  especially the regions of Champagne and Paris. After the recent terrible events in Paris, it is a great opportunity to get people together and  “go and visit” Paris.
