On Friday the 17th of July from 6.00 pm, the Bastille Day French Festival invites you to its opening soirée at The Boatbuilders Yard. 

Join the French community to dance on a soundtrack from “So Frenchy So Chic” organiser Cartell Music and enjoy canapés and champagne in the presence of the Ambassador of France to Australia, His Excellency Mr Christophe Lecourtier. This soirée will celebrate French style to launch the first Bastille Day French Festival in Melbourne, a free event held at the State Library the weekend of the 18th and 19th of July which proposes many activities for the whole family.
