The annual dinner of the Consular Corps was held on Tuesday 28 November 2017 on the stage of the famous Melbourne Arts Centre.

The departing Dean of the Consular Corps, Dr Hamed Al Alawi, Consul General of Oman

After the thank you remarks made on behalf of the Consular Corps by the departing Dean of the Consular Corps, Dr Hamed Al Alawi, Consul General of Oman, the new Dean, Mr Ernesto Antonio Acucena, Consul General of El Salvador, said a few words of welcome. Finally the CEO of the Arts Centre of Melbourne, Claire Spencer, and the Managing Director of MSO, Sophie Galaise, concluded the official proceedings with a preview of their organisations’ activities.
