Early March, Ms. Claudie Ricci, Inspector of the French National Education Ministry, came to Caulfield Junior College for her annual inspection of the French Section Elective also known as Ecole Française de Melbourne. This was the occasion for a little ceremony to present badges to the newly elected Student Representatives’ Council (SRC). in presence of Mr.Simon Hamilton, Area Executive Director of the Department of Education and Training and  Ms. Myriam Boisbouvier-Wylie,  Honorary Consul General of France in Melbourne.

A tour of the school grounds then followed, led by the Principal of Caulfield Junior College, Mr. Chris Chant, the director of the French Section Elective, Ms. Caroline Pommier, and the School Captains.

A lovely morning in a school illustrating a perfect collaboration between two educational systems, French and Victorian!
