2014 has been a successful year for Glen Eira College and its students. As the year is coming to an end, it is now time to go back on the French section’s projects and events.
In August, GEC signed a convention agreement with the French National Center for Long Distance Education (CNED), validating the work done since the opening of the French program.
On 11th December, the school gathered to celebrate languages. Mrs. Danièle Kemp, Conseiller Consulaire, delivered the DELF diplomas to 27 students and congratulated the laureates of the Berthe Mouchette competition of the Alliance Française.
Last but not least, a French flag offered by Mrs Kemp now flies side by side with the Australian flag on the school’s campus.
Congratulations to GEC’s team and to the students and we wish you many other successes for 2015.
