An Australian premiere, the Ballets de Monte-Carlo are coming to Melbourne!  They will perform “Lac”, a modern and dark erotic take on Swan Lake, directed by Jean-Christophe Maillot. The performance will be at the Arts Centre from June 27 to 6 July, in collaboration with The Australian Ballet.

“LAC” will plunge the audience into the depths of the psyche with costumes by Winter Olympics designer Philippe Guillotel, who deconstructs tulle, the basis of the tutu, to resemble the pelt of a forest creature.
